Learning privacy and help

Season Under Pressure and Coach Board are free browser-based tools for coaches. The core individual experience does not require a learner account or a film upload.
Your progress and saved plays
Season progress, coaching responses, and saved boards use storage in the browser on your device. They are not a central learner record. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to reopen them. Use a private device for work you want to keep to yourself.
Browser storage remains until removed through the tool’s relevant reset or delete controls, browser site-data settings, or browser storage management. Clearing site data can remove progress and saved plays. Export work you want to keep before clearing it.
Sharing a board
Coach Board can encode the play into a share link. Anyone who receives that link can open its contents. Sharing uses your device’s available sharing or clipboard features. An exported board file also contains board content.
Use fictional labels. Do not enter youth names, contact details, health information, or other sensitive participant information in a board, response, share link, or exported file. The tools are for coaching practice, not participant case records.
Website requests and other services
The learning site is hosted through Cloudflare. Serving a page involves normal web requests to the host. The core learning source does not include a server-side learner-progress database or a required marketing signup.
Following a link to the main Southwest Suns website takes you to its Shopify-based service. Inquiry forms, purchases, donations, and their privacy choices are covered by the main-site privacy policy. A learning session does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
